If you need to create help files or scripts, either for applications you've programmed or for any other reason, check out this program: Help Scribble. With Help Scribble, creating help files is as easy as editing a simple plain text.

The program supports the following support formats: WinHelp (.hlp) or HTML Help (.chm). You can also export the Help file as plain text file or web page.
